Institute of Scientometrics is a world interdisciplinary research institute in the field of Library and Information Science [LIS] and Science and Technology Indicators. It is a virtual and non-profit organization which has been set up by Dr. S. L. Sangam in association with his students and friends on 27th March 2011 at Tumkur, India. This virtual centre will function under the leadership of Dr. S. L. Sangam in his capacity as coordinator.

To be on par with global development by understanding related statistical application in measuring scientific productivity for communication science.
